That sucked…

• Our best starting pitcher, AJ Burnett, against a rookie making his debut… and we lose…
• Not only that, but our best pitcher couldn’t throw a strike and ran his pitch count up so high early that he didn’t provide the much needed rest to the bullpen.
• #$@*%&$!!!!
• Starling Marte’s defense kept us in that game.
• #$@*%&$!!!!
• It is funny how long the season is and how much as a fan I will over-react to every game.  But… I’m a fan… I was confident last night we’d make the playoffs.  Tonight I doubt we’ll have a winning season.
• If I were the Pirates, I’d send down Presley and call a pitcher back up to relieve our bullpen.  Self-preservation of our greatest asset – our bullpen.
